The Customer Web-Center v.1.5 was replaced by the Web-Center v.1.7 with new functions, helping to work in a more efficient way.

The following new functions are available:

  • increased speed of reports generation in the PDF format
  • Manuals Module:
    • creation of a case-insensitive search allowing getting results as quickly as possible
  • Troubleshooting Module:
    • addition of an ATA filter with the described list of ATA Chapters.

Our company constantly modifies the Customer Client Center for customer convenience. Alaskar specialists have upgraded the Customer Web-Center v.1.0 up to the Customer Web-Center v.1.12.

    • Shared Experience option, allowing clients to overview other companies’ actions taken for malfunctions elimination for advisory and educational purposes

The ALASKAR Technologies Company has launched a new product – Customer Web-Center v.1.0. This software is perfectly adapted to the customers’ dynamic working space and helps use their time and money effectively.

Using the Customer Web-Center v.1.0 , it is possible to create not only data bases, but also monitor and register Troubleshooting actions in a convenient way. An access to necessary information and technical recommendations can be gotten by users from anywhere and anytime.
